Fireworks Shift Signups!

Here is your opportunity to make money for your band accounts.  The dates our stand will be open are June 28^th – July 4^th  and July 20^th – July 24^th.  The stand will be located in the Neighborhood Wal-mart parking lot on the corner of 9800 South and Bangerter Hwy (across the street from Elk Ridge Middle School).  We will need to have the tent manned 24 hours a day during the days we are open.  Volunteers will also be welcome to bring snacks to the fireworks tent anytime.

To sign up for shifts, click on the Fundraising tab at the top of this webpage.  There will be a link for fireworks signups there.  Any family members are welcome to help and slots will be filled on a first come, first served basis.  We need adults and kids alike.  (18 yrs and older is considered an adult)  Only adults can make the sales and handle the aerial fireworks, but kids (13+ yrs old) can help customers choose merchandise and be sign shakers.  You may sign up twice for each student in your family.

The proceeds from this fundraiser will be divided amongst those that participate.  Parents can earn proceeds toward their student’s account.  We will also have a % that will go to the band general fund.

I neglected to put the parades and practices on the fireworks schedule.  I've updated it now.  Please double check that you have not signed a student up during these events.  Parents and siblings may work the fireworks stand in place of the student if needed.  Thank you!
