We have our final fee deadline approaching fast. We will collect
for the flashlight fundraiser on Friday, July 18 at 3:00pm. You must turn in any money collected to the
main office first and then give us a copy of your receipt. Then on Monday,
July 21 is our FINAL fee due date.
All fall fees are to be paid in
full by this date. Again, you turn
in your fee payment to the main office and give us a copy of your receipt. Any
unpaid fees will be turned into fines by August 1st. Students
who come to Band Camp on Aug 4th and have not paid their fees in full
will be turned away. Copper Hills
has made a policy that no student can participate in activities without first
having paid for that activity. If you
will need more time to get fees paid, you may contact the main office and make
payment arrangements with them. But if
that is done, PLEASE let us know arrangements have been made. Any arrangements need to be made BEFORE Band Camp
starts. There are NO exceptions to this
rule. Either you are paid in full or you
have made payment arrangements with the office.
